Last winter I purchased a 1974 Honda CB360. The previous owner had started turning it into a caffe racer when they lost interest. The original wiring harness was completely cut out and it was only working on one cylinder.

After teaching myself how carburetors worked I was able to diagnose a torn diaphragm. That fixed the issue of only one cylinder firing.

After getting both cylinders to work next came wiring. I had to start from scratch as the previous wiring was gone. I elected to service the switches that came with the bike and make my own custom wiring harness that followed the original one from Honda as close as possible. I elected to use waterproof connections to help with future corrosion.

Since initially getting the bike going I have also serviced the front and back brakes and rebuilt the front forks. I also reinstalled and serviced the starter motor and starter clutch. Presently Iā€™m working on the exhaust as the aftermarket mufflers that came with the bike are leaking.
